These Terms and Conditions of Use establish the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription by an Advertiser connected to its Personal Account from the Kuik website and mobile Site.
Each of the terms mentioned below with regards to terms and conditions of use in Kuik have the following meanings:
Announcement: This refers to all the elements and data (visual, textual, sound, photographs, drawings), presented by an Advertiser editorial under his sole responsibility, in order to buy, rent or sell a product or service and broadcast on the Website and Mobile Site.
Advertiser: This means any natural or legal person in Canada, who holds an account and having submitted an announcement, from it, on the Website. Any Advertiser must be connected to the Personal Account for deposit and or manage its ads. Ad first deposit automatically entails the establishment of a Personal Account to the Advertiser.
Personal Account: This refers to the free registrations that any Advertiser must create to be able to have access to the Website in order to be able to post ads, disseminate, manage and view all ads.
Kuik: This means the company that publishes and operates the Website and Mobile Site
Customer Service: This means the department of the website to which the Advertiser may obtain further information. This service department can be contacted via email by using the Contact Us link on the Website and Mobile Site.
Kuik Service: This means the services made available to Users and Advertisers on the Website and Mobile Site.
Website: This means the website operated by Kuik accessed mainly from the website URL www.kuik.ca and allowing users and Advertisers to access the service via the internet on our website URL.
Mobile Site: This is the mobile site operated by Kuik accessible from the URL www.kuik.ca and allowing users and Advertisers to access our website via their mobile phone service.
User: This refers to any visitor with access to Kuik Service via the Website and Mobile Site and Consultant Service Kuik accessible from different media.
